Privacy Policy
This policy is under review for the SwipeLure mobile release. The production database and retention periods have not yet been verified. It is not the final policy for a public app launch.
SwipeLure is a mobile dating app for adults operated by Christian. SwipeLure.com provides information, cancellation instructions, and account support; it does not host dating profiles or messaging. This draft explains the information the current app code is designed to use.
Information you provide
- Account and eligibility: email address, password submitted to the account service, birth date, and your confirmation that you are at least 18.
- Profile: your chosen name, age, biography, photos, location you type in, gender, and discovery preferences such as who you want to see and age range.
- Activity and communications: likes, swipes, matches, messages with other users, AI companion conversations, and account changes.
- Safety and support: accounts you block, reports and details you submit, and emails you send to support.
- Premium: the subscription product and entitlement status associated with your account. Your purchase and recurring billing are handled by Apple or Google Play.
The current mobile code uses a manually entered location for discovery. Photo access is requested when you choose a profile image. It does not implement GPS based matching or access your contacts.
How information is used
We use account and eligibility information to create and protect accounts and restrict the app to adults. We use profile and preference information to show people in discovery; likes and matches to connect users; and messages to provide conversations. Reports and blocks support safety review and account controls. Purchase status determines Premium features and the applicable AI companion message allowance. Support requests are used to respond to you.
What other people may see
Your profile details and photos are intended to appear to other signed-in adults in discovery. A person you match with can see messages you send them. A Premium subscriber may see that you liked their profile. Be careful about personal information you choose to include in a profile or message. The AI companions are labeled as AI and are not other users.
Service providers
The app uses Supabase for authentication, database records, and image storage. AI companion messages and recent conversation context are sent through a server function to OpenAI to generate replies, and message content is checked by OpenAI's moderation service. A hashed account identifier is sent with AI requests for safety handling. Apple or Google Play processes mobile subscription purchases; RevenueCat provides the subscription entitlement that the app checks. These providers process information needed for the functions described here under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
This list is based on the available app source. Production vendors, access controls, data locations, and any additional diagnostics or analytics must be confirmed against the deployed services before this policy is finalized.
Storage, deletion, and your choices
The app is designed to store account information and content so your profile, matches, and conversations remain available while you use it. You can edit profile information in the app, block or report another account, and request deletion from Profile → Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, contact support@swipelure.com from your account email so support can verify your request. Account deletion instructions are also available on this site.
Before launch, we must verify which account data and photos the production deletion process removes, what is retained for safety or legal obligations, backup retention, and the time needed to complete a request. We will publish specific retention and deletion details here after that review. A store subscription must be canceled separately through Apple or Google Play.
Security and age restriction
SwipeLure uses authenticated access in its app code and account controls such as blocking and reporting. The full production security configuration has not yet been audited for this draft. The app is intended only for people 18 or older. If you believe a minor is using SwipeLure, report it here or through the app.
