Terms of Service
These terms are a working draft for owner and legal review. Production service behavior and the final policy text still need confirmation. Do not treat this draft as the terms for new account signups.
SwipeLure is an adults-only mobile app for meeting people operated by Christian. SwipeLure.com provides app information and help with subscriptions and accounts; dating and messaging take place in the app.
Who may use SwipeLure
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account and eligibility information. Keep your login details private and use only an account you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate another person or create an account for someone who is underage.
Respect and safety
You are responsible for what you put in your profile and messages and how you interact with others. Do not harass, threaten, scam, stalk, impersonate, or solicit illegal activity. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, and nonconsensual sexual content are prohibited. Do not collect other users' information without permission or use automated scraping. You can report or block a user in the app; see our child safety standards for urgent concerns involving minors.
We may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these rules or pose a safety risk. A match, profile, or message is not an endorsement or a guarantee that another user is truthful or safe. Use care when meeting someone in person.
Profiles and messages
You keep responsibility for the photos, text, and other material you submit and must have the right to share them. The app needs to store and display your profile to other signed-in users and deliver messages to intended recipients to provide its features. You can edit your profile, unmatch, block or report users, and request account deletion. See the Privacy Policy draft for information handling details.
AI companions
Some profiles are clearly labeled AI companions. They are software, not people. Their replies can be inaccurate or inappropriate despite safety checks. Do not use them for emergency, medical, legal, or financial decisions, and do not share information with an AI companion that you would not want processed by the AI service described in the Privacy Policy draft.
Premium subscriptions
Core matching, real-person messaging, blocking, reporting, and account controls are intended to remain available without Premium. Premium is an optional recurring in-app subscription for viewing incoming likes and a higher daily AI companion message limit. The Apple App Store or Google Play purchase screen shows the current price, billing interval, and renewal terms before you confirm. The store charges you and manages the subscription.
To stop future renewals, cancel through the Apple or Google account used for the purchase. Deleting the app or your SwipeLure account does not automatically cancel store billing. See cancellation instructions. Refund requests and eligibility are handled under the purchasing store's applicable process and terms. Subscription features may end when the paid entitlement expires.
Account deletion and changes
You can request account deletion in the app under Profile → Delete Account, or email support if you cannot access your account. See account deletion instructions. We may update app features and these terms as SwipeLure develops; the final terms will explain when changes take effect and how users are informed.
